I just think about where and how I want to spend the rest of my life. I consider all options. From a cabin somewhere in the woods to a regular house somewhere close to the southern German mountains.

Here are some ready made houses for inspiration.

We all die anyway….

So it’s up to us how we are going to spend the time while we are alive.

Death? Disease? Part 2 (just some random thoughts)

Posted: May 15th, 2010 | Author: admin | Filed under: Thoughts | Comments Off

What if you die? Then you are gone. You are at a peaceful place. The world will go on as it is. You don’t miss anything because you are not there anymore. All good. You can only have love & wisdom in the last moments. (Studies of clinical dead people from all over the world… yada yada, not explaining more here)

What if you get a superbad disease? You fight it and live with it and just live a happy and positive life. LIVE IN THE MOMENT (anyway!). And when you die you are gone. No big deal again.

It makes no sense to suffer while being alive and all suffering is created by ourselves. Does suffering, worrying or hoping change anything? No and the stress generated can only have a negative impact on the whole situation.

Prost, Amen, Shalom.

A Step Closer To Death

Fat topic huh? I have been through some bad times in recent days and it just helped me to finally think about death and dying. I’m fine and probably will be fine so I have plans to stick around for a while but even if not. Death is not a big thing.

It’s really no big deal. You are not going to take that fat car you have with you, you are not going to miss out on anything because it is not happening. I’m not religious and even though I try hard can’t yet believe in being born again but I do believe now death is just a peaceful state of mind.

Other theories from psychologists, theologists and other damn smart people agree with this sort of thing. Being dead just means being in a different form. Like water vaporizes and becomes steam your body will decay and your soul with just fade away to become something different.

This insight and that I was finally thinking about it was fantastic for me. It’s very important if you want to live your life fully to accept death as part of it. I do now and this has helped me a lot.

Thank you my out of this world cool, beautiful sooo freaking beautiful girlfriend to help me get to this point. I can say my girl is the most beautiful and complete person I have ever met. The perfect mix. A true angel and uhm… more or less 95% enlightened and I’m more than happy to be able to spend my time with her and learn from her.

Alright f#ck these deep thoughts, back to the p0rn site you came from!

Being productive

Posted: March 4th, 2010 | Author: admin | Filed under: Thoughts | Comments Off

I have a pretty productive day today. One sentence that I liked in the audio book I was listening to while having lunch was:

“People who know they do something wrong and continue doing it are cowards and scared of change”.

Makes sense, still it’s not that easy to change your habits sometimes. Here is a good post on this topic.

I got so much on my mind

I guess that’s one of the curses of how I was raised or its just me but sometimes I still can’t stop thinking. It’s like that right now. I feel like all my thoughts come crashing down on me. This… and that…

The best way to stop this is to find something to do and really get into it and that’s what I’m going to do right now. So often doing something productive really helps me to raise my mood, stay focused and the feeling of being productive is absolutely great for me. Even boring and repetitive things can become fun.
